Conference Room Policy
MEETING ROOM POLICY
Groups within Home Township Library may reserve the meeting room for use on a first come first serve basis. Library usage will always take precedence over other use.
Reservations must be made during normal business hours of the library. A meeting room reservation request form must be completed.
Businesses and dues assessing organizations: $5.00/hr or $35.00/day (anything over 3 hours)
All non-dues assessing organizations: No charge.
The meeting room must be scheduled to be used during library hours.
Scheduling must be done through the library staff. Final authority for determining eligibility of any group will rest with the library director / and or Home Township Library Board.
An adult must schedule the room and an adult must be present during the scheduled time.
The user is responsible for setting up the room for the meeting and the room must be left in a clean and orderly condition. Future use will be denied if this is not observed.
The user must vacate the premises at the scheduled time.
The user may not assign, transfer, sublet or charge a fee to others for the use of the room.
Commercial sales are prohibited.
